Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price under our Money Back Guarantee.

  1. Returns are accepted 30 days from the original date of purchase. If you are within this timeframe and wish to return, please reach out to our Customer Service via email at support@reathlete.com
  2. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with the information you need to send the product back. Please remember to also send us the tracking number for the return package, once it has been shipped.
  3. Only items that have been purchased directly from ReAthlete.com can be returned to ReAthlete. ReAthlete products purchased through other retailers (Such as Amazon) must be returned in accordance with the returns and refunds policy of the platform on which it was purchased.
  4. Refunds for returned products are processed within approximately (10) days after it is received.
  5. Once a refund is issued, funds can take up to 5-7 days to return to the original payment method.

*If your unit has been opened, a restocking fee of 10% will apply. Opening a box to verify contents, size, fit, or color does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new.

*We do not cover return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
